The staff are very helpful, friendly and polite. Especially Kat, who served me today and was wonderful.<br>The till went down and there was a delay in ordering, so they compensated me with a free cookie and were very apologetic and communicated well.
I go here few times a week, as it is a comfort food and pretty much all the staff are nice to me. Some know my order by heart and even make light conversation. It does get busy as you could expect, but they still aim to make sure each sandwich is correct.
Excellent service from the employees because of what I frequently go there to have some food. Specially, the manager whose name is Holly is the person who has good patience to listen. Another lady who was present today with the respected manager is one of the friendliest people I have ever met.
