Kaspa's Wrexham

Honestly felt absolutely welcomed by staff , the options are endless, delicious donuts ?, sadly I’m on a calorie deficit therefore couldn’t make the most however had an amazing experience ❤️

Came in for a treat, arrived around 1pm so an hour after opening and we were the only people in. The waffles were lovely however cleaning needs a bit more attention. The floor didn't look swept and the booths weren't cleaned. The staff member that was in was on loud speaker on the phone to someone the whole time we were there, only came off to show us a seat and take our order then straight back to the phone call. However can't fault the food at all

So this evening was the first time we have ever used kaspa's on the just eat app.Also the last we can't blame the driver as the lady openly admitted on the phone she failed to give him the rest of our order.No the rest of our order can be delivered we just claim it back.Yes we can have a refund but, its not the issue we was looking forward to the kaspa experience we have heard so much about to be let down.
