Food was lovely delicious pie, currys and fish and chips. All reasonably priced, also good kids meals. Lovely Rebellion ales. Service was a bit random. Gluten free options available
Home made steak pie was exceptional. £20 for the main course, a starter and a pint is amazing value.<br>Starters were OK, but the pie was the star - with mash veg and a jug of excellent gravy. . Only the limited selection of drinks was an issue, both ciders were off sale.<br>Pleasant beer garden and dog friendly. A pub I’d happily return to.
Visited yesterday after completing Tough Mudder. The staff were amazing, the burger was delicious and this pub is a hidden gem! Just bear in mind, they do not serve small glasses of carrot juice! ?
