Costa Coffee

Clean environment and good decor. I did ask for white hot chocolate and was served something else, but everything is edible and tasty. And the staff are very friendly.<br><br>Parking: There are plenty of parking spaces with disabled spaces. Three hours free parking.<br><br>Wheelchair accessibility: Disabled spaces, wide doorways, and plenty of space inside.

So im 13 and nearly every day i come here and what happens was this guy name sam that’s works there said i cant have coffee apparently i have to be 16 what ive been to loads of costas and they never say this I think he making this up idk if they have MADE THIS policy but yh - please

I would like to express My sincere thanks to the staff at Costa Gallagher Retail Park in Coventry for the way they handled a very uncomfortable situation for myself and my 4 year old autistic son. On a recent visit some youths hanging around thought it would be amusing to mimic my son's stimming and his inability to express himself through words.
