Yesterday, my wife and I had a delightful breakfast at Toby Carvery on High Road, Buckhurst Hill, and we were thoroughly impressed. We received fast and friendly service from Michael today. Really happy with how he treated us. Callum was good serving on the carvery too. We visited the Buckhurst Hill branch and our server called Michael was FANTASTIC. Very friendly, telling jokes and great customer service. He really made our visit a great one, it makes such a change from other Toby Carvery branches we've eaten at where the service wasn't great. Really pleased we came here for a meal.
