Caffè Nero

Yummy bacon bap and well made coffee. I didn’t realize this place was a chain this I went here the first morning I was in Belfast. The two workers at the counter were very kind and welcoming.

Always friendly and really thoughtful staff. They all deserve a pay rise especially the girl that was on today she had apologised for another staff member burning the croissant too much for my liking during busy period. Made a new one right away and gave me a free coffee card for next time. Not every coffee place would do that very kind and thoughtful.

Quite a busy spot, a range of cultures use this shop. There was a good range of food and beverages available. A disabled toilet and baby changing are kept exclusively for those who need them. They're also clean and well proportioned. Other toilets are upstairs. There is plenty of space to get around for wheelchairs and other mobility aids. Staff are friendly and attentive.
