Zara Mayland Restaurant

Wow could not get over the service i received last night, arrived at Zara to collect my take away, no acknowledgement from the staff behind the counter , waited patiently while they were dealing with the customer in front of me , was made to feel invisible as they then bypassed me & went to the lady behind , I said to the lady behind the bar excuse me am I invisible she apologised & said not atall how can I help you, i explained to her how important customer service is...read full review

Had a takeaway, asked for a dish to be made mild, but it wasn't & everything else was too spicy as well, so much so that we couldn't taste anything, although they were supposed to be mild dishes anyway, very disappointing, will try another restaurant next time!! ?

Every time we travel down from gods own country (Yorkshire) to visit are funny talking family in Essex we always visit this place on the sunday before we travel back home and the buffet is to die for, definitely one of the best curry houses ive been to the food has always been quality every single time.
