Greggs

I had the pleasure of being served by Emily, a lovely trainee at Greggs, recently. She was incredibly friendly, cheerful, and made my visit so enjoyable. Despite being in training, Emily handled everything with great professionalism and a positive attitude. It's clear that she's a natural when it comes to customer service. Her warm smile and upbeat personality made my day. Keep up the great work, Emily—you're doing an amazing job!????

I was having a bad day today and decided to visit Greggs inside the Merrion Shopping centre to cheer myself up with a hot coffee. Fortunately, I had the pleasure of encountering a young British lady at the counter who gave me a wonderful customer service experience. Been in the UK for almost 8 years. Visiting all kind of cafe, restaurants and take aways. From London, to Leeds, to Edinburgh. This Gregg, particularly a staff, has the best greeting, welcome, smile, friendliness attidue, etc, I have ever seen. All F&B staffs should learn from this dude. If only there were more people like him, the world will be a better place.
