Domino's Pizza - Chatham

let me start off with saying it needs a great manager to lead a great team and tonight Danny the store manager proved its all about customer service... time was taken when the store was extremely busy, wasnt made to feel like he had better things to do... The pizza is being made now as i type this with all the special requests included.. recognition where its due... THANK YOU DANNY

Cant fault them, bethany the manager was amazing, we made an online order but put the wrong delivery address in, we are out of the delivery area, so once the delivery was attempted and found out the error bethany phoned and offered a full refund, it being our error and the food was already cooked i couldn't see the shop lose money so offered to drive and collect, when I arrived bethany very kindly put a free large pizza on our next order and gave us a free bottle off coke...read full review

Usually very good receive hot pizza and usually very quickly. Was one of my fav take aways. However Valentine’s Day turned into a complete disaster as the order took nearly 90 mins to arrive by which time I was leaving for my night shift at the local hospital. I grabbed a pizza but it was so cold even the cheese had solidified again so gone to work with no dinner and starving. Staff were very polite and apologetic, have said they will process a refund but I will have to wait...read full review
