Domino's Pizza - Newport (Isle of Wight)

Just needed to say that I received excellent customer service from Dominos. I ordered online and when trying to go from extra cheese to just the normal amount I accidentally ordered them without cheese... and I did not catch it when I submitted the order. I promptly received a call from Jonathan to check if I really wanted the pizzas without cheese. He understood my mistake and modified the order to include cheese on the pizza, disaster averted all thanks to Jonathan.

Awesome pizza, especially the festive one, made a mistake online, but took it too the isle of Wight branch and they rectified the mistake, and gave us a free family meal of our choosing

Ordered a couple of pizzas from Newport Isle of Wight,to be delivered one was all squashed and absolute mess in the box, contacted the store who are sending out a replacement ASAP, great customer service...read full review
