Stopped going to Gregg's in 2020 due to hygiene concerns (touching food and taking money without gloves ect) and moreso in a pandemic.Today I was so hungry and they were the closest so I decided to give it another go once I went in and the previous staff was not on shift.I have to say I was extremely impressed today...no waiting in que for 15 minutes as per usual. Absolutely awful service. I only went as I had vouchers for a free drink. It was around 14:00 and looking around there was not a huge selection available. The lady that served me had no idea how to use the voucher. I have no issue as we all learn but she did very little to try and help and I had to push her to ask her manager eventually who was downstairs! Why she was reluctant to do this I don't know. I was then told I needed to load money on my balance which was not true....read full review
