Caffè Nero

Caffè Nero at 11:30 am on a Monday was perfect, the atmosphere was relaxed, ambience great for a short break and variety of food perfect. The two staff members were really polite, well presented and mannerly. There was a slight glitch in payment which they realised after, but they were really relaxed about it and asked me not to worry and enjoy the coffee , then we could sort it out. I'm very glad we didn't meet the duty manager that other people have mentioned. The staff who served us were very good, what we needed was a good old drink and that's what we had.

Visited today with my dog and got a drink whilst I waited for a friend to arrive. Have my dog a dog treat I had brought with me and got nastily told off by a member of staff saying I wasn't allowed to give my dog his treat as they served humans and it was their policy not to allow the dogs to have their own food or water, I was very upset by the way she had spoken to me and so complained to another member of staff who then said that I was allowed to give my dog his treat...read full review
