I love Costa but they were having an off day in this branch. Just small issues. The staff were really friendly and immediately wanted to correct the mistakes which made up for the errors.
Nicola needs a pay rise! Made my day. Lovely staff, lovely service and lovely drinks and food. (Honestly tho it’s rare I even leave reviews genuinely made my day) you never know how bad someone’s day is and her positive energy was definitely infectious :))
Service was amazing! There was even a right fussy older woman in front of me in the queue, that had never ordered a drink that probs wasn't a glass of wine or cup of tea before, but the barista took the time to get it just right for her
