Costa Coffee

I was disappointed with my visit for the first time. I had 10 beans and was looking forward to a free drink. The lady in front of me ordered her drink and when the staff saw that I was waiting to scan my app she scanned it but gave the free drink to the lady! When I told the staff about the mistake they said it was too late and I had to pay for my drink. I tried to explain what had happened but the staff said that there was nothing they could do ??

Well I've been coming for years and in the last 11 months you have put the price up twice and changed from 8 beans to 10 beans for a free coffee. Feel you av left me no choice but to get my coffee elsewhere. Very disgruntled customer. Mr Gingerbread Man

The food and drink on offer was typical of all Costa Coffee shops. Quick service and staff were helpful in making the coffee to my taste...one shot instead of two.Wheelchair accessibility: The cafe frontage was open plan and could be accessed by wheelchair users however the space was quite tight. There were tables in an area close by which would ideally suit users much better.
