I met a work friend for a coffee and we sat downstairs which was a dream,such a lovely area to unwind after a long day I had the deluxe hot chocolate and an ice tea with a cake ,it was lovely and we stayed for a good hour catch-up time in such an amazing place,staff very nice and friendly and patient..
I ordered two iced lattes today and was impressed with the range of flavours. I was served by the very kind professional lady. With great customer service. Sorry didn’t get the name but I think maybe from Philippines? Overall great refreshing drinks and will go again for the drinks and welcoming staff at Balham cafe nero :)
Very nice place to enjoy a coffee while reading a book or chat with friends. They should consider to use less plastic to deliver them orders, I'd encourage everybody to bring their own cup.
