Cracking staff - Gina and Em were super helpful and friendly. Made what can be an impersonal experience, much better! Hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, well equipped with good parking and easy access to nearby facilities.
Apart from problems with the online booking process, this Travelodge was good value for money and well-placed for the towns of the northern end of the Birmingham area. Clean environment, efficient reception staff, and well shielded from the noise of the horrendous M6
Really lovely welcome from all the staff. The room was incredibly clean and the location was excellent. Overall I would definitely recommend this travel lodge. It was handy having the services on site also
