Probably a one off but they were really struggling the day we went in, no food available and hot milk served with my tea. I did overhear the manager say they were struggling with staff and she wasn't feeling well.
Staff are always really lovely here, happy to explain products and talk you through options. They also seem really happy in what they're doing, really lifts the atmosphere of anywhere when people are happy. Go here regularly and they're happy to make up drinks with dietary/milk alternatives too.
Lovely welcoming staff. Coffee shop spotlessly clean.The barrista man who served us was so kind and had excellent knowledge of the coffees. The panini was delicious and so was the slice of chocolate gateau. Absolutely yummy.Thank you all.
