Only once they've forgotten a drink for my meal deal order and had to wait another hour on top for them to deliver. Other than that, it's not a bad branch. Food has always been correct to what I've ordered, hot and tasty. Less stars as delivery can be over an 1hr when I live 10mins away and that's not at a busy time. Recently popped in branch and staff were friendly enough.
Placed my order online and collected - took me no more than 15 mins. No problems with the order, place is clean, staff was very friendly and their vegan pizza is one of the best in the area.
Pizza was ok, but they omitted the dips I ordered twice. If you want a dip, go buy it from a grocery store, don't bother ordering it from papa john's, you won't get it.
