Food would have been fine had it not been sitting there getting cold for about 25 minutes while virtually the entire staff battled in vain to make the milkshake machine deliver our drinks and then the manager trying to work out how to give us a refund when it wouldn't deliver.

Two of the screens weren't working, but didn't let you know until you had put your whole order in . The staff knew but hadn't put a notice on it . The double big macs were tasty, but on what planet is acceptable to only out one slice of cheese in there!?

It's fine for a McDonalds, but too much priority on serving the delivery orders massive amounts of food to those buying just a coffee.<br><br>10 minutes for a coffee is a joke. Delivery drivers and people not buying anything take up any decent seats.<br><br>Never any receipts in the order points so have to guess the number.<br><br>Definitely needs some prioritisation and customer service skills for those serving!<br><br>Good...read full review
