I had an excellent experience at Asda last night thanks to Shirley. I was looking for a specific type of rice, but there was none left on the shelves. Shirley went out of her way to check in the back for me, and her effort truly made my day. Even though there was none left, her dedication to helping customers was evident. 11am I tried to order some Pizzas. The lady serving me was nice and friendly and could not apologise enough for the fact there was no onions, no mushrooms, no peppers and the sweetcorn was running out. I offered to get some supplies from the store but that wasn't allowed. I have no problem with lady serving me but how can you have no supplies that early in the morning.
