It's quite often hit and miss at KFC but i have to say, the current staff at this restaurant are amazing. The dining area is clean and tidy, the staff are friendly and helpful and the food was spot on.
People that work there are exceptional great customer service. Dropped my tray of food replaced no questions asked.<br><br>They try to engage with my son who is non verbal. Lovely lovely ladies.
Each time we go to KFC in pitsea, the staff member that takes our order at the drive through always seems to have a smile on his face, extremely polite and bubbly also makes our day better. Amazing guy!! Massive credit to the company. Well done that man!
