I work in the health service I was served by Aamir who was very professional and polite and went out of his way to assist and make my experience smooth and pleased, for example he suggested a more tastier option of beverage and was very prompt in preparing it .This made me feel valued and definitely will recommend Nero at Southampton row to my healthcare colleagues. Stopped before a visit to the British Museum. I had a Latte and a raspberry pastry and quite enjoyed them both. Well done on both elements of my breakfast. The barista was a bit slow or overwhelmed, but he was keeping up a good attitude and diligently working: an ideal employee. I think I'm the last person on the planet who realized that this is a chain, but this one is well managed and therefore, very good quality of experience.

Nice service. Music isn't too loud and if it is they will always turn it right down to ambient background so that it isn't intrusive in any way.Comfortable and accepts cash
