Caffè Nero

A good cup of coffee uplifts your mood and keeping this in mind I decided to go to Nero. The coffee here was average with no aroma. I am a big fan of starbucks and nero proved that Starbucks indeed are the leaders.

The food is incredibly disgusting and overrated. The chicken pasta was so terrible that I cannot describe it simply with words. The chicken is stone cold with no taste . The dressing for the pasta doesn’t match with it. The salted caramel pistachio creme frappe doesn’t taste like caramel. Instead, tastes like cough mixture. The coffee is up to standard and the staff is helpful and nice.I hope it will improve the food quality.

I'm giving 5 stars because of the service I received from a young girl of south Asian origin. I'm sorry I don't remember the name. She was incredibly helpful and very nice. Fantastic service. Tbh I stopped coming to this branch because of a few weird interactions I have had there. This time it was a totally different experience
