Customer service excellent. I visited today no hot sausage rolls. Staff informed me how long they would be and to come back. They had already done my coffee. Just said no problem we will make you a new one when you call back for your sausage roll. Excellent staff soPleasant. Will I go back of course and thankyou
Only visit for the pasties. Although they seem (to me) to have changed over the years, it's still something I pay more for every now and then (there's pound bakery a few shops down the road which are cheaper).
Very busy branch of Greggs, resulting in reduced choice on the hot counter at times.Staff do serve people quickly so queuing time is reduced, but due to lay out can be hard to get to sandwich fridge if more than about 5 people are in the shop
