We had a wedding function at akbars today, and they could not have been more helpful.<br>Raj and the staff were excellent.<br>The food was lovely and the service was very good.
Been here twice, foods been great always stuffed leaving, service is a bit hit and miss. Drink service seems to take a long time, after the meal we were gonna have another beer but no one came near us after the table was cleared.<br>Still a cracking curry house.
Apparently I visited here last week according to Google. That is simply not true. However I did visit here over 10 years ago so based on my memory of the establishment at the time I will give it 5 stars. I visited with some friends from uni and had a lovely meal. Really good service and the naan bread was massive. Rumour has it Jeremy Clarkson and Juninho Paulista ate here and rated it highly.
