this greggs had the nicest staff iver ever met first of all the food was lush but secondly me and my friends phones had died and we had no way of going home they had quite literally closed but they let me and my friend charge our phones in there and gave us a free hot chocolate ??

would 100% recommend this Greggs,purely due to the amazing staff and how they are so welcoming and friendly towards customers,we were served by Rachel,made our day!!<br>she was so bubbly and nothing was too much of a bother for her,she recommended the katsu chicken bake and even took it upon herself to give it away for free as i had never tried it before,turns out i absolutely love it,couldn’t ask for a better server. Thank you so much Rachel, i will definitely be back!!!

Food cold even from hot oven," coffee cold too. Staff not very helpful when we complained. This was Staple Hill .... now Weymouth last week.were excellent .. very friendly and helpful. Food hot as was coffee.
