Had the misfortune of going on the evening when all of the delivery people were being prioritised over those there in person. This meant a long wait for food. Also, for some reason they make the hot drinks straight away and they're cold by the time the delayed food comes.
We had an incorrect item in our order and as we were discussing what to do, Lorraine came over and swapped it for the correct item, a McSpicy. She was incredibly helpful and polite and we wanted to pass on the positive feedback.
I had a delicious egg and hash brown breakfast. Food was perfect! Service is great and staff lady staff called Charlotte was kind and helpful. I enjoyed my breakfast and will definetely want to go back again. Thankyou mcdonald's ?
