Visited on a trip to see family, was extremely shocked at how welcoming the staff were, it's not very often these days you can go into a pub and feel so welcome.I had the Katsu chicken curry and it was divine. Highly recommend and would suggest all to visit.
Food is not amazing, but quite good for its price (especially their numerous weekday deals, e.g. decent burgers on Wednesdays for a fiver). Always good selection of booze, and never crowded so you can have your pint in peace.
One of my favourite pubs in Didcot. Lots of menu variety and weekday offers. As a Greene King the food isn’t anything gourmet but all very reasonably priced.
