Sam's Epsom

This used to be fantastic, but in the last two weeks standards have fallen. Chicken shish is tough and dry , less meat than before , pitta bread and wrap is hard and often quite inedible. Up until recently I couldn’t fault them so I’m guessing somethings gone wrong.

The food was really tasty and very generous portions, we had reheat it as it was cold, threw the chips away as they were freezing as it took an hour and half to arrive. Sorry Sam’s lovely food but having to reheat a take away and an hour and half to deliver is not really acceptable. Will definately keep coming back to you but for this time I feel let down.

Always happy with the great fresh food from Sam’s! Doner is meaty and fresh, whilst the Shish tender and juicy!Rare occasion today they forgot our salad with the order, however a quick phone call explaining and within minutes we had our missing part of the dish, as well as a complimentary baklava!Keep up the great work, only reliable and consistent takeaway in Epsom!Great to be able to avoid all of the delivery apps by ordering direct too!
