Only drawback is the step to access the shop is too high and very difficult for people with compromised mobility and obviously impossible for wheelchairs. Owners of Subway build a ramp!Wheelchair accessibility: None. Build a gently sloping ramp.
The place is due a refresh, the coffee machine didn't work, it just appears a bit run down, the toasted sandwich was burnt and just didn't seem very nice if i wasn't as hungry i would have just binned it - but was back in the office by that point. When did they stop doing oat and raisin cookies anyhow????
I never normally leave reviews but I couldn't not after the encounter I've just had with the young lady Maisie who's just served me at the two ball lonnen branch. She was the most sweetest kindest girl ever absolutely fantastic customer service! She deserves a promotion or something♥️
