KFC Byker - Shields Road

A decent kfc close to the city center with ample parking available, service was quick and freindly, food was hot and fresh aswel. The main door was damaged at the time which affects first impressions and really needs to bw fixed ASAP.

Food is probably one of the best for the KFCs in the area, much better than town or Wallsend. However the service is very slow and a few times they literally just forget your there and you have to remind them to do you order. I think they're understaffed so you can really blame the staff, they're always running about like headless chickens, pun intended. Click and collect order 12/01 12.15pm.<br><br>Ordered and waiting 5 minutes to ensure my order would be ready when I went in.
