Really like this cafe and use it a few times a week. Most of the staff are excellent bar one (the guy in the wig) who struts about trying their best not to do any work and when it gets so busy they have to they seem to be rude and arrogant to everyone they serve. I feel they might be in the wrong profession if they hate the job that much.
Amazing staff who coped with a medical emergency brilliantly today. First class service, friendly staff who cared for their customer as if they were family.<br>Their usual service is the same standard too. Perfect little hideaway for coffee and cake in the middle of the city. I could not recommend them more
Staff always go above and beyond, store is generally clean and cups/plates etc are always tidied away in time. Can get busy during lunch rush so queues at certain times can mean quite a wait but staff are quick and the wait is never crazy. 15% off student discount is terribly advertised though! Toilets could do with a good clean. Definite + of fewer "local youths" compared to Eldon Squares' cafe nero.
