12 Musters Rd, West Bridgford, NottinghamWe attended La Storia on a Thursday evening and my exceptions were exceeded. The waiters are so attentive and personable, the drinks selection is extensive. I do not drink alcohol but loved that I could have a 0% Moretti and feel included with my friends, who also commented that the wine was one of the best they had tasted. The food was absolutely divine - amazing quality and taste for the price. Just enough that you feel full but not stuffed! I am also vegan and the vegan menu offered a range of choices which all sounded delicious. The dessert was also gorgeous. La Storia is a beautiful restaurant for a special evening, and I recommend a visit to everybody. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Impeccable, friendly service and delicious food. I’d probably recommend having a rice dish each, but otherwise, everything was perfect!

Rufford Way, West Bridgford, NottinghamDietary restrictions: The staff are brilliant at checking for allergies in foods. I’m allergic to coconut which isn’t one of the regular food allergies but the managers wife went out of her way to check ingredients for my safety. Thank you.
Kid-friendliness: This is a family friendly pub but the management ask that children are properly supervised and not allowed to run riot around the pub.

The chef in this restaurant clearly knows what he is doing since it’s the first Indian I’ve been to in Nottingham that does a chicken korma the right way, nice and sweet. The prices here are unbelievable with a full meal for less than £15, the rice isn’t just dyed it has a very fragrant flavour. The staff in here were very welcoming and even gave me free pakora as a surprise. I would reccomend this Indian for everybody.

These days Rectory Fish Bar offer GF every day apparently!
We walk from four miles away for their fish & chips, and I believe we'd do this even without our family member's coeliac requirements as they are worth it. Always served fresh & staff very helpful.
Food tonight really was exceptional – perfectly fried & piping hot. We're very grateful to have them in/near Nottingham.
Dietary restrictions: Serve gluten free fish & chips every day (as of September '24), fried fresh. They are clearly fully aware of coeliac disease and cross-contamination requirements, and offer gluten free vinegar also.

12 Compton Acres Shopping Centre, West Bridgford, NottinghamIt was our first time at Aziz Khan restaurant. The whole vibe & atmosphere was nice. The space felt a little cramped as the restaurant filled up.
The staff were super friendly. They were checking the tables frequently and had small friendly chats.
We ordered Lamb Handi, mix Kebab and Chicken biryani along with Naan & tandoori roti.
The lamb handi was delicious. The meat was soft & succulent. Though we asked for a spicy handi, it was still a little mild for us. I wish it could be more desi & spicy.
The mix kebab platter came sizzling & pipping hot. It was flavourful. The accompanying sauces were nice.
Although the chicken in biryani was super juicy and tender but the whole biryani itself was alright. Again I was hoping it could be more authentic & have a more desi touch.
The naan & tandoori roti were amazing. No complains on that.
Will definitely visit again on a lazy day and for the wonderful service we got.
Dietary restrictions: All Halal restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: The staff were quite accommodating towards my kids. My little daughter was getting annoyed & restless towards the end but they were thoughtful towards her.

Arrived to collect the food and realised I forgot to order the mint yoghurt which the gentleman sorted no problem. Food was fresh and hot. So nice and safe to say I won't be looking elsewhere now

Stephen and Abi are the heartbeat of the business. Always happy, polite and professional. They even know exactly what my usual order will be. Unit C Ambleside Gamston, Ambleside, West Bridgford, NottinghamVisitors with my 2 young boys, the manager Kim was great with the boys! She could see they were nervous to play in wacky warehouse incase there were too many children, she showed the boys around and made them feel so comfortable. It was so reassuring as a mum to know you’re children feel safe and happy! This was followed by some fantastic food and service. We are looking forward to the seasonal events Kim mentioned. Can’t wait to see you all again !

If you have read any of my other reviews, I have a ceoliac wife, which means easy takeaway isn't on the menu for us.
The Big Bamboo provides plenty of gluten-free options, and my wife says she loves them!
I had my 29th recently, where I invited my family around for takeaway. My niece and nephew are both gluten intolerant, and they were able to enjoy this with my wife, which was lovely to see!
My whole family was delighted with the food, giving comments like "I don't usually like Chinese food from other places, but this is beautiful." Accurately describing their food.
The lady behind their desk is a beautiful soul, letting me know she took extra care with the gluten-free orders and even provided a few gluten-free snacks for us.
10/10 all around!
