Dunelm House
98 Main St, SeahousesWhat a wonderful holiday - I wish we were back in Seahouses and staying at Dunelm House again already! The b&b is fresh, spotlessly clean, quiet, and cosy. It's in a great, central location - a stone's throw away from the main street in Seahouses so a ten minute walk to the harbourside.Suzanne is a friendly, welcoming host and a font of local knowledge. Breakfast is served at a communal table which is great for meeting people from all over and picking up tips about what to see and do each day. The breakfast menu is varied and not a single dish disappointed. My favourites were the cinnamon French toast (great hangover cure) and the Full Northumbrian - a hearty take on the classic Full English with spectacular local bangers and the tastiest grilled tomatoes you'll ever have. Can't wait for our next visit, thank you Suzanne!

Black Swan Inn
2 Union St, SeahousesAmazing find in Seahouses.
A gluten free lager on tap sold me from the moment I walked in! Very rarely find that!!
The food was so tasty, the variety on the menu was fantastic and the portions for the price were unbelievable.
Would come back here in a heartbeat.
P.S. the GF fish finger sandwich was out of this world!!!
The staff were so friendly and smiley.
Thank you for a lovely lunch

Indian Brasserie
40 Main St, SeahousesI've been here twice, once in 2023 and once this year.
On both occasions the food was superb, and the service was memorably good.
I think whenever we come up this far north we'll be ending our holiday with a superb meal here.
Can't recommend it enough.
Dietary restrictions: My partner has numerous dietary issues, but the staff here were super accommodating to her needs.

Salt Water Cafe
The Wynding, Beadnell, ChathillHad breakfast there, full English. They were out of black pudding but offered us an extra something to replace, so I had a second egg and hubby an extra bacon rasher. Nice friendly service, good food and a warm cosy atmosphere.

Schooner Inn
28 North St, SeahousesWe went in on a Saturday night and they had a small bald man doing the entertainment. He was absolutely fantastic, had the whole pub singing along together without music just the his soothing tones. Great atmosphere. The pies are also very nice.

The Bistro at Seahouses Golf Club
Beadnell Road, SeahousesHad a fabulous Sunday lunch which was the best we've had.
Beef cooked beautifully, and pork also lovely. Vegetables varied and cooked as we liked them, not hard like you get elsewhere. Everything served piping hot and portions huge, and fantastic value. Staff were efficient, friendly and very helpful and served our meal very quickly. We will be back

King Kebab Seahouses
2 King St, SeahousesI can't thank u guys enough I came in with a list of demands. They accommodated me so well .I'm currently in a fat loss fat etc and asked for grilled chicken.this is the best I have ever had as well as a friendly approach esp in a seaside town where they didn't need to accommodate. As a female these guys (not that I needed it )made me feel safe. All I say Is that it's cash.and quite rightly so because they do such an amazing job n not just in food for safety. They really look after you. I can eat but I'm now

Spice House
52 Main St, SeahousesBest Indian meal ever
We both had starters and mains
Unfortunately my starter was not very good
They were so apologetic and removed it from the bill
Excellent customer service
The other 3 meals were the best we have had
Will definitely go back and would recommend it
A sign of how good it is , is that it was fully booked at 6.30pm

Insieme Seahouses
52A Main St, SeahousesWe got a good welcome and could choose a table. The drinks order was taken, and then we had the menu to look at. So much choice, it's amazing how many dishes there can be. Anyway we got the order placed and were delighted with our meals. It's definitely worth a visit and is on our list of places to return to.
Parking: The main car park is free in the evenings. Check the notice board to be sure. It's only a short walk.

The Craster Arms
The Wynding, Beadnell, ChathillWe visited the Craster Arms on a Friday evening for a meal. We rang ahead as we expected it to be busy but as we were a small group we managed to get a table no problem. Service was fairly quick considering how busy it was. I ordered the pork belly which was cooked well. We found all our food to be of good quality and portion size.

The Olde Ship Inn

Neptune Fish Restaurant
3 Seafield Rd, SeahousesDelicious fish & chips. We came here on our last trip to Seahouses 3 years ago and returned for another excellent meal. Car parkbon opposite side of road, free after 6pm and first journey free, you need to get a ticket for your free hour, just doesn't cost anything.
I got the smaller portion which included b&b, peas & pot of tea, very good value and plenty for me.
Excellent quality, served piping hot & with a smile. ? xxx
Ps maybe move the menu where the table is in the window as we sat there and it felt like people were staring at us eating, maybe put it nearer the door.

Hook Fish & Chips
17-19 Main St, SeahousesPopped in because I couldn't be bothered to cook. Had gluton free sausages on daughters recommendation as she thought them tasty. I didn't think so, but that may be just my palate. Chips, gravey and tea all good.

Rosemary's Cafe
13 Main St, SeahousesCan't fault the food or the service. Nice little dog friendly café that does a great breakfast. Not sure why other reviews are complaining about the atmosphere. It's a small independent café, not a nightclub. Not sure what people are expecting. Overall a lovely little place we will definitely revise when we're next in Northumberland.
