White Swan

Had a fantastic meal today, great value for a Sunday roast, staff were very attentive and helpful.
Only suggestion is tell customer veg is on it's way and serve veg with 2 spoons rather than one.
2nd time we have been for a meal there and would most definately visit again.
Music is just right, you can here it in the background but you can still have a conversation without asking anybody to repeat what they said.
Keep up the great service.

I absolutely love this cafe the choice of homemade food and cakes is amazing
The breakfast is the best value around I'm even prepared to drive from Newcastle it's that good
It's dog friendly, clean with amazing staff

Called in here about 7.15 on Tuesday night (10/9/24)
We were told the kitchen had closed early as they were very quiet.
As we were about to leave, the guy working there called us back nd offered the full menu. He was really attentive (didn't get his name) kept checking everything was ok for us.
Food was really nice very generous portions.
Would just like to say that the guy who looked after us is a credit to the place. He couldn't do enough for us and was very pleasant and chatty

Vegetarian options: Son and girlfriend are veggies, there was plenty of choice.

Gloria Restaurant Prudhoe

Had a lovely family meal this evening. Food freshly cooked to order and delicious, exactly what I wanted. Gloria's excels with the high quality of the dishes and the service is friendly and professional.

Dhillons Fish Inn

Great fish as i try not to eat chips I've only one criticism, the fish are cooked to order which i understand but they then just put them straight in a box, the grease that's left in the box makes the batter soggy and inedible.
If given five minutes to drain they'd be even better. But still the best in the area.

Caffe Ginevra Prudhoe

Came here with family for a quick snack and a warm drink. The flavoured hot chocolates are beyond delicious! I have never in the world found a hot chocolate as good as theirs. Loved the mint! We love you Caffe Ginevra and will definitely be back. Love from Australia ❤️???

Miners Lamp Community Cafe and Hub

We visit this park quite a few times a month the park as just a small amount of equipment for kids and thankfully there is this lovely little cafe were you can have a snack and ice lollies for the kids the staff look after the flower beds and are very pleasant to everyone.. it's great to have a play area where you can have a cuppa...

Had a lovely meal tonight, the Banglar Takari is spiced just right, staff warned that it was spicy when I ordered but it was perfect.Great staff, lovely food, decently priced and a nice atmosphere, what more could you want for a local Indian Restaurant.

Top notch, they've been there over 50 years so they've had enough practice!! Never once had cause to complain about anything, if you like fish and chip shop fayre, go here, its a no brainer ?

New Loon Wah

Absolutely great take away . Great portions. Very friendly. And they deliver. Just as good as restaurant quality. Crispy beef and salt and pepper king prawns delicious.

Very welcoming, friendly and professional, we were served by Warren who was very attentive and assisted us. I would highly recommend a visit and happy to give 5 stars all around particularly for Warren's professional manner.

Fantastic service here at this shop compared to the Barton upon Humber disgraceful service i recieved yesterday....guy serving at Prudhoe done his job to perfection.
Good asset to the Greggs team and I'm a regular user of Gregg's all over the UK weekly. ?

Parking: Parking close but very limited

Caffe Ginevra Low Prudhoe

Never eaten there but they do a mean cappuccino and the tea is pretty good too.

Parking: Loads of space

Wheelchair accessibility: My wife uses a wheel chair and there's only a small sill so very easy to get in on her own if need be.

Lilium Garden

I've seen a review that I am a little unhappy with but can't reply to the actual reviev.

I have allergies and always request different things to be taken out of particular dishes that I ask for, and this is never a problem, the guys at Lilium Garden always respond to this kindly.

Also it was mentioned that the Counter staff were rude and abrupt, I've always found her to be kind and very polite.

On another note, to most people assume that this is an authentic Chinese takeaway away, however this is not the case, it's Cantonese, this means that the style compared to the other 3 Chinese takeaway aways in Prudhoe is very different, the style of the food and how it's prepared is very different to an authentic Chinese takeaway.

I've been frequenting this establishment for years and never had any issues except for it sometimes takes a little time to get your food due to it being very busy, but this isn't a problem for me because the food is delicious and worth the wait

Definitely a local for the locals. Although on the main road they was a bypass road built a number of years ago around the town so passing trade will be limited. For the locals, a good bar.

The food here is absolutely to die for, the Salt and Chilli box is the single most amazing meal created by Humanity, It would make even the most pompous food critics cry tears of Joy due to spectacular

Spice Delight Indian Takeaway

Never had a bad experience with this Indian take away. My favourite take away and has been for the past 3 years. Fast delivery service and at an affordable price.

Tasty’s

I had a Donner Special and it was the best kebab I've ever had. At a tenner, maybe it should be, but no complaints, lovely.Pizza was top notch.The website is clunky. Sometimes going round in circles, but that was on an Android phone, maybe better on a PC if anyone still has one.Also had a very long wait for delivery so half a star off for that.

McDonald's

Food is always great, but getting orders correct is a bit hit and miss. Sometimes things that are meant to come with sauces (such as halloumi fries or mozzarella sticks) don't come with the sauces. I sometimes order sauces on the app, and they don't get put in the bag. I've asked for items without cheese such as Big Mac or McMuffin and they've still had cheese on them. Overall, it's a decent place. They need to change their times on the website though as they're listed as 24 hours, even though this is only the case on weekends.
