The food was lovely, with us both going off the daily specials menu.
The only warning I would give, make sure to not have lunch before an evening meal as the portion sizes were considerable, so you can expect a large portion of delicious food alongside great service and atmosphere.
Parking: On street parking, with several close by places being business or residential who have warning signs up not to park in certain places

103 Central Promenade, NewcastleThis is a great restaurant. Whoever left a bad review was there on a bad day. Every time we are in Newcastle we eat here . The food is great. It looks like a regular menu but the way the food is cooked and the sauces make every meal different and delicious.

98 Main St, NewcastleSuch a lovely wee pizza place, asked if I could get bolognaise pizza as it wasn’t on the menu and they were so kind to add this for me, food was absolutely beautiful! Will definitely be our new go to pizza place. Staff where very friendly and it had a nice wee atmosphere.

93 Central Promenade, NewcastleDecent pub/restaurant. The Moules mariniere starter was delicious but ordered the large portion and got two small pieces of bread with it. Can only assume the small portion comes with just one piece of bread. Had to order garlic bread to go with it to soak up the sauce (which was amazing tbf). Service was a bit slow but friendly enough. Beer garden is dog friendly.

I do like a coffee and croissant but this was at another level. Early morning on the prom at Newcastle watching the town waken. I can't recommend it enough!

62-64 Main St, NewcastleGreat food, service, and atmosphere! More than a pub - I'd say a restaurant with a big bar and a couple pool tables. The service was spot on. The owner was there - you could tell he cared about his patrons and his staff. Big menu plus lots of specials. We ordered the mussels and the seared ahi over noodles from the specials menu. Both were excellent - and large. Live music 7 nights a week. Who could want more?!?
