We are traveling from the States on our honeymoon and stopped by on our way from Dublin to see some friends near Belfast. This is outstanding ice cream and a nice little road-trip treat.

Riverside Tea Room & Secret Garden

Located on Dromores Bridge Street and up two flights of stairs, this little "Tea Room" is quite a hidden gem. Delicious home cooking, main courses and deserts enjoyed by delighted customers in a cosy warm atmosphere. Friendly female staff, table service and open lit fire during the winter months. Free 4 hour time limited parking a short stroll away of Church Street emerging onto Gallows Street.

Still Magill's

Old bike shop and bikes at the rear. Lovely coffee ans gluten free treats. Happy days!Dietary restrictions: Catered for people who are coeliac. Treats were lovely.

Taste

My husband and I called here today on our way down the road to The Boulevard outside Banbridge. What a hidden gem this place is! I’d imagine your average punter wouldn’t know about it unless they came off the main A1 carriageway. The food and service were excellent and it wasn’t too pricey either. We’ll definitely be back……

Mulholland's on the Square

Really great neighborhood pub to escape the cold. Amazing atmosphere with a nice warm fire and all the drinks you could want. I recommend the burger and the fish.

Square One

Generous full fry. £7.50. Tasty banoffee. Comfortable seating near the fireplace. Attentive service. Good prices. Friendly service. Main menu has some appealing choices, will return to try them soon.

The Artisan Man

My new half-way pit stop on my country dog walk. I’ve been 2 mornings in a row, each time having a lovely flat white coffee and a filled sausage, bacon and egg bap. First class and super value! Highly recommend.

Barrel & Bean

Really enjoyed the vegan burger - would love to see one or two lighter vegan options as well, as the burger was the only dairy free lunch option available when I visited. Very friendly staff and clean facilities.

The Pastry Corner

I've been several times and their food is always great! The milkshakes are fab too, and the staff are always very friendly and welcoming and happy to accommodate any specific dietary requests or requirements. I often bring out of town visitors here to experience this lovely little cafe! My husband isn't much of a birthday person, but he made a point of wanting to go here for his birthday this year, as he very much enjoys it too!

Mi Masala Dromore

Stunningly beautiful authentic Indian food. First time ordering and not disappointed- I will be back. Staff were extremely polite and lovely to speak to and food was prepared to a very high standard ?

Herron's Country Fried Chicken Dromore

Best non KFC fried chicken in Northern Ireland. The chicken kebab on chips is a particular favourite. Meal deals for chicken fillet burger, chips and a drink are pretty good value. Milk shakes of which there are a right few varieties are really tasty too. Card payments accepted.

T'san Welcome

We moved to Dromore this year, and we don't often get chinese but on the odd occasion we love it and Tsans welcome has to be the best chinese we have tried. Food is always stunning and cooked to perfection. Staff always polite and hard working and nothing is ever compromised even when they are super busy. Highly recommend! A firm favourite in our house! X

Poyraz Turkish Kebab

Great food, just wish they'd open their own website to make their orders a lot more 'local' and 'flexible' i.e. a meal with some beer/wine. I'll come back if they do

Phuns Welcome

Been going to Phuns for years, and haven't had a bad feed yet. Although others I speak to have said it can be hit or miss.Delivery and card payments are handy!Recommend the salted chilli chicken, crispy duck, and chicken balls. The chips aren't half bad either for a Chinese takeaway.Curry sauce is bland, but their bbq sauce is delicious.Would be nice if you could order through something like Just Eat or Uber Eats.

Browns Fast Foods

we traveled all the way from Spain to try Browns fish and chips after speaking with someone on the aeroplane who recommended it, we thoroughly enjoyed our takeaway thank you again , see you again in December
