Costa Coffee is a typical coffee chain establishment that offers standard fare. However, the dining experience can be inconsistent, as the tables are sometimes left dirty for extended periods. During one visit, a group of teenagers took over the area, disrupting the intended atmosphere of a quiet coffee shop. The manager eventually intervened, asking one of the teenagers to make a purchase. Despite these occasional challenges, the overall service at Costa Coffee can be outstanding, as exemplified by the excellent care provided by the staff member June.
