Just home from a long weekend in Ballycastle, & really felt I had to comment & say how much we all loved this bar & restaurant. Although we hadn't booked a table on a busy Friday night, & it was fully booked up, the warm & friendly barman went out of his way to accommodate the four of us. Service from the moment we entered was outstanding, food was both fresh & extremely tasty with so much choice. The bright & airy décor, & a really lovely warm atmosphere just made the whole experience for us. We all said it has to be one of the best meals we've ate in a long time & will definitely be returning again very soon!

This lively bar as a lovely restaurant hidden at the back. With a good menu and delicious food, both the food and service is highly recommended. The noise from the bar area was rather too loud, but this may just have been due to the bank holiday celebrations.

This is the restaurant I frequent the most, together with the Salthouse. What makes Anzacs so special is that not only is the food of high standard, the staff are simply fabulous. Service is done with a smile and nothing is too much to ask for. On the night we went, the manager was suffering badly from a sore back but still he would be professional, delivering a delightful service ensuring that the guests had a brilliant time. Absolutely wonderful place.

Absolutely gorgeous food. I had the steak sandwich and my husband had a chicken caeser salad sandwich which they kindly made him. The steak sandwich was amazing, cooked rare and a high quality cut. Lovely atmosphere and brilliant food - we will be back in the summer!

Fabulous service with a smile. Excellent homemade fare and plenty of it. We recommend the lasagne and it has been voted the best fry on the North Coast by my family. Highly recommend a visit!!

Really nice bakery with friendly service and top notch products. Very reasonably priced. We can recommend the scones, apple turnovers, and caramel bars.

Edit: we visited the more popular bakery on the other side of town and paid 3 times the price for similar items.

Stopped here with a tour headed to Giants Causeway. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Cozy little spot with a fire going and great ambience. Had the banger & mash and the seafood chowder. Without a doubt, the best meal we had while in Ireland. Hidden gem. The tour buses drop across the street, but do yourself a favor and make your way here.

Love everything about this place. Nest coffee in ballycastle in my opinion. Had a bacon butty at the weekend. Simply toast, butter and bacon. Delicious. Well worth a visit for their cakes too.

My second meal here in recent years and happy to report that the excellent standard is being maintained. You'll find a pleasant, dimly lit room, a reasonably priced menu which covers all the bases, and, friendly but unobtrusive service.
My sirloin steak was generous in size and beautifully cooked, as was my wife's monkfish. We'll be back!

Stopped in for lunch. What a gem! Hubby had some wonderful cod and chips. I had a baked potato and salad which was also good. Service was terrific! Glad we found this place.

Lovely evening with friends in Al’s, amazing pepperoni dough balls, chicken wings with their signature Al’s sauce which is amazing plus others with Franks.. then I tried the ham and pineapple pizza which has proper real quality gammon/ ham none of these plastic ham slices that other places use! It is byo and very cosy and inviting .. can’t wait to my next visit! ?

The best little port on a cold wet day. We visited Ballintoy on a typically dreary day and the cafe was so cosy warm and welcoming. Staff are wonderful, coffee was fabulous and the cakes were out of this world. Some great views too. Highly recommend!
