Took the grand children here in 2024 for Sunday lunch when burgers were still on the menu and they loved it, very fresh food served quickly and was delicious, Hope the old menu returns soon.

Hands down the best meatballs I have ever had. The staff were all super friendly, and the place felt so comfortable.

115A High St, RushdenNot sure about all the bad reviews but they seem to all be issues with delivery? Me and my partner ate in and it was lovely. It was a little quiet and due to lack of space the seating was tall window tables, but my Reece’s waffle and my partners chocolate crepe were so yummy. Nice, warm melty chocolate. We used the little pot of soft icecream we were given while waiting to eat with the dessert we ordered and that was fantastic. I’m 100% going again and bringing a friend, the price was great compared to another dessert place in rushden and even though we turned up later in the evening the guy was so nice. I couldn’t eat all my waffle in one go so I took some home in a little box provided.

However, the service let the restaurant down. We were sat straight away but the person sitting us, who I think was a manager as they wore a plain black top rather than the stripped top, just put the menus on the table & walked away. It was our first time coming to this restaurant so we had no idea how the process worked. We then waited 20 mins for our order to be taken, which we more felt bad for the staff because they clearly didn't have enough people on the floor (only 3 on a busy Saturday evening) but once the server came over they were absolutely lovely! She apologised for the delay & then immediately brought our drinks over to us. The starter took a little while to come but was taken away quickly & our mains came right out. We then waited awhile for a dessert menu & then ordered another drink but was disappointed we didn't recieve a new glass.
Overall the experience was good but don't think we would return at the weekend as too busy & they don't have enough staff to cope with that.

We recently went somewhere else as it was closed and got 10 chicken balls ..but it was pretty awful ..portion size isn't everything ...so not changing to anyone different ..rather wait to get my favourite dinner :)

It was meant for 2 people but it easily served 2 adults and 2 children. The sausages and the bacon were really good quality and we had perfect runny eggs. I could tell how over worked, under staffed and stressed the bar staff were having to deal with impatient customers who were often rude and selfish to the staff. Amongst all that Amber consistently made her best effort to keep her composure and professionalism and keep smiling, she made my experience very pleasant.
