It’s been a while since I was here last, but the place is still nice and fairly quiet for a Saturday afternoon. Met some friends here and we had food, which was very good. Must come here more often.
The food is delightful. It is the best pub you may find around in Northamptonshire .. I’ll go ahead and say maybe the Midlands. If you aren’t a fan of generic chains then this place is for you.Is the owner sometimes a character.. yes. Maybe a bit like marmite but the food, service, ambience is fab. The prices are reflective of great quality food and the Sunday dinner is fabulous. I always recommend this pub there’s nothing like it around.
