A good selection of food. The leg of lamb was sumptuous & plentiful. The staff were very attentive. Unfortunately though, one of the beers (last in the barrel was bad) but quickly replaced albeit with a little distain.

No bad, but no cigar!!
More importantly, no plaice!! What has become of the little fellow? But hot, fresh cooked, the chips are of the “modern” variety, very good for you with no salt, no fat, almost no taste! Eat them and you’ll live to be 100!
( you won’t, but it will feel like it)

Coffee here is pretty good, does what coffee is meant to do, I really like that they don’t hold back on their coffee unlike other places who gives you a cup of milk instead. Breakfast is really good with a lot of choice. Staff are very good despite the busyness and overwhelming amount of customers sometimes. Atmosphere is very cosy, with decorative posters of favourite books. Seating is various and diverse, very clean and tidy overall.

I had a great experience at the restaurant. The food was amazing, and they maintained excellent hygiene. Omar and the rest of the staff had outstanding behavior—very friendly and always smiling. Overall, it was a wonderful atmosphere. I will definitely visit again!

I've been visiting the restaurant and having takeaways from Asia Tandoori for as long as I can remember and I've never had a bad meal or experience. The food is impeccable and the staff are attentive and friendly. 10/10 everytime. Special shout out the the manager Raj. He is a top waiter.
I recommend Rezala and fruity rice.

We've been to this lovely café many times and please Google, it's no longer called Rosso - it's been DEJA VU for some months now - at least a year. As a Guide I've reported the name change several times but nothing's happened.Anyway, to review: a great small town cafe with tasty mains and desserts, also a good selection of cakes.The daily special is great value (we particularly like Thursday: beef stew and mash followed by a fruit crumble and custard).

Ordered lamb donor kebab with 8 nuggets. My man hooked me up with 10. Food was delicious, well cooked. Donor wasnt oily, vegetables were fresh, packed separately. Pita bread was soft on the inside crispy on the outside. Tastes great, great quality. The guy there was a legend. 10/10 all round

Really lovely garden centre and cafe that caters for vegetarians/vegans. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A very magical place at Christmas our daughter loves it! We visit the grotto here every year and it’s the best one I’ve been to.

Attended a surprise meal here for a friend last night, as always the food was to perfection, service was amazing (Liberty in particular!!) and many that attended had not actually visited the Admiral Nelson before - of course everyone wants to come back ASAP!! My go to restaurant for any occasion, cannot recommend enough.

My partner and I visited on a Saturday lunchtime.
We visited based on the already good reviews, and feedback, and due to it looking like a lovely quaint village pub - and we weren't disappointed!

Lovely little pub, good selection of drinks, friendly and welcoming staff, and really great food.

My partner had the mussels (in thai green curry sauce), and I had the lamb cutlets. Both were exceptionally good. Starter and deserts were equally delicious.

Would highly recommend and will certainly be visiting again!

We came here when we were planning our wedding and deciding what hotel to choose and had a delicious chef special steak. We returned a year later the night before our wedding day to enjoy one last date as a none married couple and it was even better! Thank you staff and chef’s for such a lovely evening :)

Simply the Best Chippy in Daventry!**

We've been loyal customers for many years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Recently, we had the pleasure of having their team cater our wedding, and they truly delivered. Serving 100 guests, they were organised and efficient. The food arrived hot, boxed with individual and table numbers, making it easy to serve.

The price was as reasonable as always, offering great value. If you're considering fish and chips for your wedding, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Had a really lovely lunch today at the Aroma Lounge on the High Street. We had delicious fresh baguettes with BLT and Coranation Chicken. All freshly cooked and homemade. Good and friendly service, Yummy cake and a good cuppa too.

They have a good selection of food with Meat, fish, vegetarian sections on their menu.
The quality of all the dishes we've had so far have been great. We have been 3 times and the quality was consistently good.
