Had a lovely meal with my family and the wait for food was 40 mins as the pub was very busy.Reece,our server, was very attentive,smiled and made eye contact which is amazing to see in someone so young. A lovely young man and an asset to the Chequered Flag?Vegetarian options: My neice is vegetarian and had nachos and enjoyed them very much.Kid-friendliness: My great nephew enjoyed his dinner and pudding and the friendly atmosphere your pub promotes.
First time at the Chequered Flag and very impressed. Three of us for meals and drinks and all happy with the service, atmosphere and food.Nicole served us and was pleasant and polite and brought our food quickly. Food was excellent and very good portions. I had the 15oz gammon steak and the men had fish and chips. Nice to find somewhere with everything as it should be. Will definitely return.Parking: Plenty of parking.

Was nice once we got our food. Ordered at the same time our friends did and used the same table number. They were eating deserts and our starters hadn't even made it out. Quieted and was told we had had our meals. Till the lady realised it was two orders. It then appeared 10 mins later. Food was piping hot and nice. Just very slow kitchen service.
