The Lemon Tree
18 High St, TadcasterWe met our friends who live locally to The Lemon Tree and are regular customers. A super, dog friendly, welcoming cafe. The Little Monty breakfast was excellent. The owner made us feel very welcome. Cyclists are also very welcome, so as a dog lover and a cyclist, this place is just about perfect! Thank You. Highly recommended.

Roast Coffee Shop
56 Sutton Road, TadcasterFirst visit today after lots of recommendations. Amazing staff, lovely, cosy environment and the food was first class. I had the club sandwich and it was beautiful, fresh and plentiful. All the staff were just so lovely and friendly and I will definitely be returning. It’s a busy little place so would definitely recommend booking to avoid disappointment.

Fenton Flyer
Main St, Church Fenton, TadcasterWe were not picked up by Drive, a taxi company in York that no one must use. After a walk from Leeds east Airport we ended up here at the Fenton Flyer. We were welcomed with open arms by staff and guests. They arranged a local taxi so we finally made it back to York. We are eternally grateful ❤️

The Ash Tree Inn
London Road, TadcasterWow what a lovely little pub , Not very often do u find a pub that feels traditional, and I'm so glad my son and I stumbled on this little gem , The food was absolutely Mitchell star ? the best meal I've had out in a long time . And the lady who served us was so polite and a sweetheart, I hoped she was the landlady cos she deserved to be . Lucky Star
40 York Rd, TadcasterLovely little takeaway. Able to taste the different flavours of the items in the dishes. Some of the dishes we had were a little oily but this didn’t distract from the enjoyment or flavours. Large portions. Cooked fresh but not long waits.
Parking: Limited on street parking outside.

Tadkebab
4 Commercial St, TadcasterPortion sizes are huge - a lot bigger than what I would have expected. All freshly prepared and not overly greasy. Marked it down one star for the food as I found the pizza dough to be very heavy and chewy. Kebabs were top class and the salad that came with them was fresh and crispy. I’d definately visit again for kebab but wouldn’t be in a rush for a pizza unfortunately.
Parking: There are a few car parking spaces available around the bus terminus.
