Really nice place, excellent staff and great understanding of allergies and safety!

Dietary restrictions: Excellent for gluten free options and celiacs. The chef and team were all very knowledgeable about ingredients and contamination, we felt safe the whole time.

Parking: There's some street parking nearby but none for the restaurant as it's in the centre of Knaresborough

I forgot my phone charger plug and my phone was close to dying but the lovely people behind the counter let me borrow a plug so I could charge my phone while I was having a drink . Nicest chippy I’ve been to in a very long time. The chips were extremely fresh and cooked perfectly (hard to find these days with so many places blanching and keeping batches for hours on end) and the batter was also very nice and crispy without tasting over cooked. Can’t comment on sauces as we just had ketchup on this occasion, but the frying was spot on ?

Really cute little cafe and nicely decorated with an autumn theme. The coffee was delicious and the staff were so friendly. The only downside was that it was a little cramped and gets quite busy for how small it is but if you don’t mind being in close quarters with people then I’d highly recommend!
