As three of our party are Coeliac, it was an absolute delight to see the extensive availability of gluten free options on the menu (most items!). We will be sure to return and look forward to it already :)

Well not here. This place proves it is possible to make great tasting black americano in the UK.
The food we had was great too. A cut above the quality of stuff the some places serve, typified as meal deal sandwiches for silly money. By contrast Tilly Peppers food is tasty, imaginative and reasonably priced.
The tables are not jammed in, there's space and thanks to the shop front lots of natural light.
It's so good this is cafe is to become permanent fixture on our trips to Harrogate.

34a Oxford St, HarrogateWas looking for vegan options and found out they had over 15 vegan options. I had three tapas dishes which turned out to be more than enough! I had patatas bravas, stuffed mushrooms and fajitas - all were excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Beautiful restaurant, and delicious food. We had a brilliant night, the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. We ordered a lot of food between us but we were given the option of having it slowly brought out so everything was hot. The wine is lovely too. There was live Greek music on the Friday we visited. We will definitely be returning (again!)

Not only is it an incredible restaurant but Fisk also does incredible food to take away. I had a few friends over on Sunday and realised I hadn’t got any food, I rang up the restaurant order a meal for 4 and in less than 30 min it was ready for me to pick up! And my guests were just so impressed, the food was well packed and delicious. I’ll always recommend FISK xx

5-6 John St, HarrogateWow what a night we had ? we came to the bridal week and as we passed this pub we heard live music. I LOVE live music. Just a guy with his guitar created some magic that night. The only problem when he stopped. We had cocktails ? I have never in my life had such a great cocktail for that price. We took the offer!

Had a proper lunch instead of booking the afternoon tea session. Great selection of food.
Tried the Betty’s Burger which I have been reading a lot, it was okay, not a big fan tho. The mushroom soup of the day may not look that appealing but it it tasted great! The cheesecake was delectable and was served with fresh berries. Their salted caramel latte is a must try. Portions are decent. Staff service was superb. Overall a great experience!

The food is always delicious and the service is swift and polite. The menu is varied and there are lots of choices for most tastes. There are a few Turkish beers to try also (bottled). The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The dining experience is very relaxed and enjoyable. There is a children's menu available.

Regulars even apologised for swearing when my wife was the only woman in there. If only they knew her they wouldn't feel the need to apologise. Very rarely you go in a pub of locals that shows respect like that.

The olive sandwich could be improved by a better quality bread - the content is too heavy for the flimsy bread - maybe a sour dough roll of sorts or simply a stronger bread - which would prevent the s/w from falling apart when lifted up!
Nevertheless a delicious sandwich despite the challenges!

I've got to say they know how to cook around here and my god does this place know how to do fish n chips. Cooked fresh in front of you to perfection. I absolutely love how they cook chips in Yorkshire in beef dripping.Anyway fish n chips from here were spot on can not fault at all would highly recommend paying a visit if local or like me not.Parking: In a small side street so can be difficult at times id imagine. How ever I managed to park here in a box luton van with some skill.

Me and my two kids were very well looked after by Raul, his service was amazing and he was very friendly with my kids. All three of us had pizzas and dessert. After chatting, he advised me to try the roti flatbread with my curry - waow! So delicious!! Cooked in a clay oven, beautifully fresh! I then ordered another! I told him about my love of peshwari naan and he made the BEST one I have ever tasted!! Filled with coconut, sultanas and honey, so thin and crispy, absolutely delicious!! The curry was also yummy, very well flavoured. Thank you to all the chefs and the really kind waiters and Jamel, top guy for making our evening so happy and memorable ?Definitely recommend everyone!

Chips were perfect [for me] tasty not greasy just nice.
Even the peas tasted/looked like mushy peas.
Overall excellent even the delivery.

We were gonna go to an other place however staying and waiting in the shop for 10 minutes, the lady who was making the coffee was just keep chatting with the customer. We left and thanks god we did because we found this little cutie. The coffee was great, finally a place where they don’t burn the milk!!!! I took this delicious cake raspberry and pistachios. Sadly the next day they didn’t have it ? I had to take a muffin ? it was mouth watering! But I’m still dreaming about that raspberry cake! ?

The staff was kind enough to ask the chef. Much to my surprise the chef prepared a lovely fish pie specially for us. My wife had the lamb which could be eaten without a knife , falling off the bone.
I can’t compliment the staff enough. Everyone was so helpful, smiling and pleasant. It does my heart good to see such mature young people. That all understood what it takes to run a successful business, where people will want to return again and again. I’m American but I believe you Brits say proper and Brilliant.

Short waiting time for my order, very often the food was delivered after fifteen minutes and when I opened the bag the food was always hot. From my point of view, one of the best pizza and kebab places in Harrogate.

Plenty of space, lots of good pool tables to play at and some excellent burgers and chicken served at decent prices. Food clearly cooked to order from fresh ingredients. Bar staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of big screens for the football too. Would happily come back in future.

Busy and on both visits there were people waiting for tables when we left, but we were never rushed to move on. Will be the first place we head to on our next visit to Harrogate.

Also had the squid which I would not order again, nowhere near the same amount of flavour or enjoyment. Chips were great, BBQ brocolli delicious. Focaccia to start was good. My vegetarian wife's meal was a bit of a mixed bag, the flatbread was good but the artichoke meal wasn't particularly enjoyed. To finish we had the white chocolate fondant which was a huge disappointment...very bitty texture and wasn't pleasant. I think vegetarian options could be improved and with the prices I would expect more consistency. We have paid much less in other high quality restaurants and had much better meals. Service was great although they seem to have stopped re-explaining your meal choices which was a bit of a shame. All in all, an enjoyable meal and will happily return!

Truly superb food! We had mortadella, mozzarella and home made pesto, on a panini and a focaccia. All of which was truly excellent, very clearly home made, light breads, no resemblance to the stodgy stuff normally found elsewhere.
Then a piece of THE MOST DIVINE tiramisu ??
All so clearly home made, as we're not bloated at all ??
We will most definitely be back for more of this superb food.

38 Cold Bath Rd, HarrogateI was in Harrogate for a business meeting and popped into this bakery just before 8am yesterday and asked if I could have 12 sandwiches with mixed fillings. They were so helpful making up 3 platters of sandwiches with various fillings while serving other customers. They found some plastic trays able to put them on so they remained fresh until lunchtime. Everyone in the meeting commented on how lovely the food was with one person saying it was the “hammiest” ham sandwich they’d ever had. Thank you

Well not here. This place proves it is possible to make great tasting black americano in the UK.
The food we had was great too. A cut above the quality of stuff the some places serve, typified as meal deal sandwiches for silly money. By contrast Tilly Peppers food is tasty, imaginative and reasonably priced.
The tables are not jammed in, there's space and thanks to the shop front lots of natural light.
It's so good this is cafe is to become permanent fixture on our trips to Harrogate.

Beautiful restaurant, and delicious food. We had a brilliant night, the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. We ordered a lot of food between us but we were given the option of having it slowly brought out so everything was hot. The wine is lovely too. There was live Greek music on the Friday we visited. We will definitely be returning (again!)

Not only is it an incredible restaurant but Fisk also does incredible food to take away. I had a few friends over on Sunday and realised I hadn’t got any food, I rang up the restaurant order a meal for 4 and in less than 30 min it was ready for me to pick up! And my guests were just so impressed, the food was well packed and delicious. I’ll always recommend FISK xx

5-6 John St, HarrogateWow what a night we had ? we came to the bridal week and as we passed this pub we heard live music. I LOVE live music. Just a guy with his guitar created some magic that night. The only problem when he stopped. We had cocktails ? I have never in my life had such a great cocktail for that price. We took the offer!

We love good tapas and this was truly up with the best. The surprise treat of a slice of delicious cake with a candle and two spoons to demolish it, was a nice touch. Excellent wine, too. The staff were friendly and helpful, Ambience was intimate and not as noisy as some reviews implied, but we did book for late on a Sunday. Last food orders are at 8.30 on a Sunday, but arriving at 8 gave us plenty of time to choose and we didn't feel rushed. We would definitely go again.

11/13 Mount Parade, HarrogateIt is a very cozy place with welcoming and friendly atmosphere, nice music playing in the background and the best food served in the city. The service was amazing, all members of the staff were smiley and chatty. The food was fresh, apetising and very well cooked. We've tried everything from starters through mains and up to teas, coffees and desserts. It all tastes great! Nice lunch deals, too!

Wife had the steak and ribs combo. Will defo be back again when in Harrogate. The service was excellent, place clean and drinks fresh. Can't argue with that can you! Keepnup the great work folks!
