Absolutely first class! The Food, The Staff, The Service, The Atmosphere was second to none. If you are in the area l would highly recommend you pay these guys a visit, you won't be disappointed. Charlottes Of Filey
40 Belle Vue St, FileyA large group of us managed to book a table in the Glass House part of the establishment.
It was steady for a Thursday night, but the staff were still helpful and friendly and helped us out surprising one of the party with a birthday cake.
Meatball pizza was a meaty, cheesey dream.
Parking: Quite a bit of on the street parking, but it does get busy at certain times.
Kid-friendliness: We went in with a teenager and a toddler and they both seemed happy with their food.

Burger King
Haven Holiday Park, Primrose Valley, FileyAfter a bad experience in the Burger King in Marton Mere Haven last year (orders short of items and in one case, the manager asked what I was waiting for, then closed the shutters on me) this one was much better. Food served in a timely manner and exactly as ordered. Lad with the long red hair is far too good for this place, his customer service skills are top notch.

Alabama Fast Food
23 W Vale, FileyWe were staying at Reighton Sands & ordered from here. Not sure why the negative comments. We ordered a chicken tikka pizza. The cheese base was nice & thick. Both me & the wife agreed it was the best pizza we've ever had. She said she's known nothing like it. She also had beef on pitta bread. (I think!). She enjoyed that too. I ordered a takeaway from somewhere else when we were here last...had to meet the driver at the main entrance! This was brought straight to our caravan. Top marks....just wish they were close to me. Pizza to die for! I actually felt bad about the distance I gave the driver a £5 tip!

The Brown Room
5 Union St, FileyAs usual, really good fish and chips cooked fresh to order. My only complaint is the ridiculous cost for a small tub of mushy peas £1.60! Simply greedy profiteering on such a cheap ingredient

Bonhommes Bar
Royal Crescent Court, The Crescent, FileyTimeless kind of place. If you want shallow and glitzy, this is not the venue for you. Atmospheric without trying, superb well kept beers. You either get this place or you don't, and if you don't then you just don't get what makes the heart of a good pub, and you probably don't have a pulse. My wife and I called in one lunchtime, only three other people in, but that doesn't matter because it's a great pub and always will be.

The Ship Inn
West St, Muston, FileyGreat pub and atmosphere. Good choice of beers and other alcoholic drinks. Staff were all really helpful and polite. The food was outstanding. Very simple pub food menu. The food was well cooked and very tasty. The giant Yorkshire Pudding with mince and chips and vegetables was absolutely delicious and big enough for Desperate Dan to eat. My Companion had the gammon which obviously came from a very large pig. Well worth calling in for food if you are in the area.
Vegetarian options: Veggie options on the menu.
Parking: Street parking was fine.

Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery
Hunmanby Industrial Estate, The Distillery, Unit 1, Hunmanby, FileyI visited this place in 2019. Unfortunately, I could not take time to see inside of the distillery, but I enjoyed the cafe area and brief chat with the staff members. I wish I could visit here again.
I am glad to see their products in Cambridgeshire recently. I am hoping the products are getting more and more popular.
