Chequers Inn Binham
Front St, FakenhamSuch a nice friendly place, my partner is vegan and has some allergies but despite being very busy, the staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful trying to accommodate us and make us welcome. They were very happy to make a vegan meal if booked in advance but in the end we were happy with making a meal from the very generous sides of chips, onion rings, mixed salad, coleslaw and olives. Had a beer up on the terrace watching the sunset as well, top pub, top people.

Cafe Tmc
111 High St, Blakeney, HoltThis was the most wonderful surprise experience. We live in Stiffkey and did a lovely coastal walk on an autumn Sunday afternoon. We had 45 minutes to kill before our bus home and couldn't find anywhere for tea and came across this small cafe with the most delightful staff. The tea was served in china cups and the cakes - homemade - were delicious and the portions huge. This is now going to be our regular tea stop,.

Kings Arms Blakeney
Westgate St, Blakeney, HoltWell cooked food and friendly bar staff, if you are lucky the local lads will be in the bar and the banter between them is brilliant. Good traditional pub with no snobbery and what you see is what you get. First rate!

The Langham Blue Bell
Langham Bluebell, 22 Holt Rd, Langham, HoltBit mixed review, lovely pub in rural village, we ate evening meal, menu a bit restricted for choice, wife does not eat meat so oppted for catch of day it was Salmon. Salmon for catch of the day? Not sure from the North sea and why cooked in cordon bleu style? Country village pub i would have liked it to reflect village style, not too fancy etc.I thought overall too pricy especially, bottles of wine. Bench seat most uncomfortable ever sat on, pub lounge lovely and cosy and I hope for better next year.

The Wiveton Bell
Blakeney Rd, HoltWe had Sunday lunch here on 6th October and it was excellent. The roast was delicious as were the puddings and despite being very busy the service was friendly and prompt. The pub itself is chocolate box pretty in the middle of beautiful Wiveton. Would definitely recommend.
