Ye Old Red Lion
Storey's Ln, Burgh le Marsh, SkegnessThere is something extraordinary about this pub. ?? You come in like a stranger, but you will become part of a great community after some time. People who visit Red Lion always smile positively, and you will find someone to talk to. But if you like to take things private and enjoy your own company, people will respect it. Max, the pub owner, is not just a business owner there- he is a part of the friendly circle ⭕ that will always make you feel comfortable. Beginning this year, when my family from Latvia visited us, when we took them to Red Lion they fell in love with this pub.
It's a beautiful pub; drinks are always great! ??????
And the love that Chester gets from everyone there- AMAZING. ? We always feel welcome here.

The Angel Inn & Peacock Lounge Wainfleet
32 High St, Wainfleet All Saints, SkegnessWe stumbled upon this cracking pub yesterday whilst we were scratching round trying to find somewhere for a short notice Sunday dinner. Definitely not disappointed at all. Squeezing us in at 12.10pm bearing in mind we called at 11.30am arrived to a polite young lad at the bar and told us everything we needed to know as we had a four legged family member with us. Sat in the bar area which was very comfortable and clean. Another polite lady soon brought the cutlery and salt etc out and told us where to get our carvery. My wife went first and came back with a grand looking dinner and said that the lady mentioned we could have some turkey for the pooch if I get it when I go up. Beautifully cooked meat, huge range of fresh hot veg, stuffing, yorkshires the lot. Went down a treat too! All for the cheap sum of £10.95 per head which was spot on considering other places were more expensive and didn’t taste half as nice as this place! Keep up the good work and we will be back when we’re back in the area. Many thanks

Old Chequers Inn
Lymn Bank - E, SkegnessGood food and well cooked. We went as a group of 12 for a Sunday lunch. Food was nice and tasty and plenty of it, BUT the service was not the best, and were pretty much told to leave after an hour as the table was needed! Didn't even get chance to order dessert. Also felt very squished in.

The Guest House
High St, Burgh le Marsh, SkegnessWhere can we get 100 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, please? ? THE BEST Sunday dinner we ever had! When Linda had the first bite, she said: 'From now on, this is the only place where I will have Sunday dinner.' She means that! In 2021, we had a Sunday dinner near Sheringham (which was Linda's favourite), and after that, every Sunday meal, what we tried anywhere else disappointed us. We were struggling to find a great Sunday dinner place for soooo long. Till today! ?? The atmosphere here is charming, positive and the staff is polite and helpful. We like to thank the chef who works here, a real treasure. ? The Guest house has two more regular customers now. P.S. The Guest house is dog-friendly.

Suttons Fish & Chip Shop & Restaurant
45 High St, Wainfleet All Saints, SkegnessCalled in this lovely little fish and chips shop/restaurant on our first visit to Wainfleet All Saints. 2 of us had the the lunchtime fish and chips special and the other had sausage and chips. The service was quick and efficient and we all really enjoyed our food. Possibly the best fish and chips we've had in a long time.
