65 North St, HorncastleFantastic and good food. I celebrated my dad’s birthday there today, waitresses all very friendly and wished happy birthday, friendly ambience and polite restaurant staff. Prompt food service. We tipped the waitress as we were happy with the way she brought the cake out and was professional as well. 5 star well deserved, happy to return again for a second meal. Keep

The Blue Bell Inn
1 Main Rd, Belchford, HorncastleFound this cosy pub while touring in Lincolnshire. Stopped for a drink. Staff were welcoming and there was a lovely atmosphere. Several little nooks with comfy armchairs. A local event tucked away in the restaurant did not dusturb us.

Just One More Bike
25 High St, HorncastleMy favorite cafe in the area!! Came here multiple times with my baby. Very spacious for a buggy and AMAZING FOOD!! They play really good music and it's not too loud. Live the design of the place with all the bikes around, such a cool concept for a cafe!
The staff is extremely friendly too!!

New St, LouthHad a wonderful meal here midweek with friends. Staff were great, funny, helpful and kind. The food was delicious and prompt. Good variety of dishes. Good selection of wine and sherry! Tried a sherry tasting board.
Didn't use my wheelchair, but the staff put the ramp down for me anyway. Accessible toilet was very clean and well laid out.
Highly recommend, and we will be back for more.
Parking: There is plenty of onstreet parking but you can't park outside the restaurant so it's a short walk to get there.
Wheelchair accessibility: Totally accessible. Staff very helpful. Accessible WC is well thought out to suit wheelchairs and those who have trouble walking without sticks.

Old Nicks Tavern
8 North St, HorncastleI visited this pub while staying at the hotel next door. I was only there for 1 night, but managed to go in twice, before and after dinner at the hotel.The service was great as were the beers. I even bought some to take away, at a small discount on the drink-in price.My early evening visit coincided with one of the brewers being in the bar and I was able to chat with him as well as the barperson about the brewery, lovely people.After my hotel meal I went back in to enjoy the live music, it was open mic night, mostly rock. I had a great night and stayed until closing time.

Magpies Restaurant with Rooms
71-75 East St, HorncastleJust had a 1 night stay here to be at a family wedding. The service and welcome were top draw. The room was very nice indeed, comfortable, clean, and inviting. The breakfast was again top quality. A spoonful of baked beans would have made it perfect.
The staff who attended our needs were professional and warm in their attitude.
The main road location could be a snag for some.
Would I stay here again? Absolutely. A very nice place to stay and, although we didn't use it, I'd wager the restaurant is equally as good.

16 Bull Ring, HorncastleLovely traditional thatched pub . Enjoyed a pint and pie and mash with the wife and GS ? . Well earnt after a walk down the River Bain and Horncastle canal . Very friendly bar lady and great pub grub and dog friendly. Nice roaring fire. Will definitely revisit.

Tapas Bar Restaurant
HorncastleAte at the restaurant as part of birthday celebrations as our previous booking let us down. The Bull Hotel were very accommodating at short notice and, having not ate there previously, we weren't sure what to expect. While the table was a little crampt for a party of 11, we were very pleasantly surprised. A relatively small choice on the menu but all to the parties tastes. The steaks were cooked well and the quality of food was very good. I opted for the belly pork cutlets, very tasty but a little overcooked and had food envy if those that ordered the steak. Waiting staff and kitchen staff were very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful through the evening.

Revesby, BostonHad a lovely evening here with family, I ordered Hunters Chicken with salad, so did my daughter in law. The portions were massive neither of us could finish our meal and we didn't touch the salad as that too was massive. So they serve very generous portions, maybe a little too big for us to be honest. Only thing that I didn't like was my meal was far too hot, so hot the sauce burnt the inside of my mouth. If this wasn't so hot I would of enjoyed my meal very much. All in all was a lovely place with great staff.

Lincoln Rd, HorncastleMainly stopped in for a bite to eat. I wasn’t sure what to expect as the menu and cafe isn’t advertised too well online. Very impressed! Very clean seating area and the menu is quite extensive. Online I saw reviews and mentions of breakfast and brunch, but there’s lots more! They also have daily specials available. Bathrooms could use a little rehab, but overall a lovely place to visit, with generous portions!

3 High St, HorncastleGot a takeaway, set meal for four. Chinese food is not one of my gotos but I was very happy with the meal which they delivered to us fir £3.Fantastic meal. Very generous (we will have another two meals out of it). Fresh and tasty with much less of the MSG, shugar and grease that I usually expect with a Chinese takeaway.I highly reccomend and will be back for more!

The Bridge

Whilst outside seating area to the front could be tidied up a little (fix fencing / gate and renew paving slabs and shingle, adding some low maintenance plants). - The coffee was absolutely delicious, they obviously use a good coffee bean. - The Mocha's where particularly delicious! - Really enjoyable.

Chips just the way they should be, little bit of crispy on the outside, perfectly fluffy inside, sausage properly battered & perfectly cooked. Saturday lunchtime, so high turnover, but would definitely go back.

33 High St, HorncastleThis resembles another chain of well known fast food sarnies and pastries, but less expensive. They have a wonderful "breakfast in a box". Its a choose either any six or any right for a fixed price. It's a "full English" in a box. Wonderful value and very nice food. Visited twice and had different on each visit. Sandwiches made to order, so they are fresh. Ready made sausage rolls and bakes. Plenty to choose from. Cakes and beverages are available Will definitely call in again when in the area.
